Can I import my existing customers and items?

Yes! We know how important your existing data is. TradieQuote includes a CSV import tool for both your customer list and your inventory of products and services. You can download our templates from the settings page in the app to get started easily.

Is my data safe and private?

Absolutely. We operate on a simple principle: your data is your data. We will never sell or share it with third parties. Your information is stored securely on Google Cloud's world-class infrastructure, the same platform trusted by major global companies.

Does this work on my iPhone/Android/Computer?

Yes. TradieQuote is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means it runs on any device with a modern web browser. For the best experience, you can "install" it to your device's home screen. It will look and feel just like a native app, with full offline capabilities.

What are the fees for online payments?

TradieQuote charges no extra fees for payments. When you connect your Stripe account, any online payments made by your customers are subject to Stripe's standard processing fees. These fees go directly to Stripe for securely processing the card transaction.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. TradieQuote is a simple, pay-as-you-go monthly subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the settings page within the app without any penalty.
